Documents Required For Lebanon Visa

All applicants need to provide:

O Three Recent Photograph White Back Ground Matt Finish

O Invitation Letter from Host Company should directly fax to Lebanon Embassy in Islamabad

O Covering letter from your Business or Employer

O Bank Statements of last six months

O Recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce (local and host company)

O Valid Passport for more than six months.(First four colour pages on A4 size paper 02 sets)

O Hotel confirmation from Lebanon should directly fax to Lebanon Embassy in Islamabad
