Documents Required For Kazakhstan Visa

1.       Request Letter

2.       last 6 months stamped Bank statement with Certificate

3.       Medical Fitness Certificate

4.       Job/Business/Government

Ø  If Employed in private company ; Job letter, Salary slips last 3 months

Ø  If Self Employed ; Letter head , Tax Documents, NTN certificate

Ø  IF Government Officer; Job letter (if possible), N.O.C letter from Relevant department.

 

5.       3.5 X 4.5 matt finish white background 4 pictures(2 for medical and 2 for visa form)

6.       Passport copies of 1^st four pages and all used pages of all valid and previous passports.

7.       CNIC/B.form copy.
